  • that like a challenging resistance training program that changes every month
  • that like a coach checking in on their progress with written feedback
  • that want to be a part of a great online community of like-minded people
  • that want to have FUN!

This program is NOT for people:

  • that struggle with nutrition
  • that need extra accountability
  • that like to work with a coach in person

GLUTEUS MEDIUS:

This program is for people:

  • that struggle with diet/nutrition
  • that want to learn how to never have to diet again!
  • that are open to learning about themselves, and why they make the nutrition choices that they do
  • that are ready to change
  • that need extra accountability
  • that want to find out what works for them individually by using nutrition guidelines
  • that are prepared to communicate honestly about nutrition (no judgement here!)
  • that like to have mini lessons during the week between nutrition appointments
  • that want to have a coach that cares about them and their success
  • that want to be a part of a great online community of like-minded people
  • that want to have FUN!

This program is NOT for people:

  • that feel confident with their nutrition
  • that aren’t ready to change
  • that aren’t open to learning new things
  • that want a meal plan/detox plan
  • that want to be told what to do every step of the way, every day, for every meal
  • that tell their coach what they think they want to hear, instead of what is actually going on
  • that don’t need accountability

  • that like working with their coach in-person for most appointments
  • that want to be a part of a great online community of like-minded people

  • that like exercising on their own
  • that don’t live in my current city, sorry! (traveling options coming soon!)
  • that don’t need accountability

You may have signed up for personal training or a diet before, so what makes these programs different?

By hiring me as your coach, I’ll get to learn about YOU.

I’ll learn what you want to achieve, how your life works, and find out what’s important to you. You are the expert in your own life, and I’m not here to tell you what your goals or desires are. I’m here to help coach you through fitness and nutrition challenges to help you achieve lasting results. We’ll do this by creating new and more healthful habits that you’ll follow for the rest of your life. Do you realize that you may never have to “diet” again?!? SWEET!!!

Why is it important to hire a coach?

A coach will listen, and ask great questions, not just dictate what they think is best or have their own agenda. A coach will focus on solutions instead of problems. A coach will not judge you or tell you you’re bad at something, they’ll work with you to find a way to deal with the challenges you face.

Anyone can tell you what to eat, or make up a hard workout routine for you. But, are you getting better from it? Are you enjoying what you’re doing? Do you even understand why you’re doing it? Did you learn any life long habits, or feel empowered to be able to do it on your own? By hiring me, you’re hiring someone to lead you through all the noise and support you on YOUR journey. You might even have fun and enjoy what you’re doing! Oh, yeah!!!
