Spicy Drumsticks!

If you need a little heat in your life, try these drumsticks (or wings if you prefer)! I LOVE chicken drumsticks, and really love eating meat off the bone. Is that weird?!? 🙂

Making Drumsticks

1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp minced onion (the seasoning)
3 tbsp coconut oil
10-15 drumsticks or wings

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place all the seasonings in a large bowl, and mix them together.
Melt the coconut oil, then add to the seasoning bowl. Mix well.
Add chicken to the bowl, and toss them around until they’re well coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or not, it just makes clean up easier).
Evenly place the chicken on a baking sheet and put them in the oven.
Cook for 45-55 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken).
Flip the chicken over and cook for another 45-55 minutes or until they’re done.
Let them cool out of the oven for a bit, they’re hot!

A serving is 2-3 wings. ENJOY!!!

Feel free to mix and match seasonings, make it with flavors you like!
