Mashed potatoes are a staple in my house. I usually make them about once a week, and love eating them post workout. Something about warm mashed potatoes always reminds me of fall, and of course Thanksgiving. I’ve made them enough to get used to eating them without a lot of fanciness. They actually taste like potatoes, and they’re yummy! Go figure.
|4-5 medium sized potatoes (any kind you like)
1 cup-ish almond milk (depending on how creamy you like them)
salt and pepper to taste
Fill a large pot half full with water, and heat on the stove on high.
Serves 6-8. ENJOY!!!
