Do you ever get bored with the same old steam vegetables at dinner scene? Well, these will blow your mind and your taste buds (I hope!).
|1 tbsp coconut oil
1 medium to large zucchini
salt and pepper to taste
Heat your coconut oil in a skillet on medium to medium-high heat.
