Beef and Cabbage!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day, Y’all!!!!!

In the spirit of the holiday, I thought I would whip up a cabbage meal. Too bad I didn’t plan ahead and get some corned beef, maybe next year! Now, I’m not Irish, but I have a lot of friends who are. They’re all awesome!!! So this recipe is honor of them!

1 lb cooked ground beef
1/2 head of chopped cabbage
1 large diced onion
1 tbsp black pepper (or to taste)
1 tbsp artisan salt (or to taste)

After you’ve browned up your beef, set it aside. Save a little of the grease to cook the cabbage and onion in.
Saute the cabbage and onion in the beef grease for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the cooked ground beef, black pepper, and salt.
Stir that around and simmer on low for a few minutes.

Serves 4. ENJOY!!!

That’s it. I know. Another easy one. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be fancy! I hope y’all give this one a try, it’s REALLY good!
