Happy St. Patrick’s Day, Y’all!!!!!
In the spirit of the holiday, I thought I would whip up a cabbage meal. Too bad I didn’t plan ahead and get some corned beef, maybe next year! Now, I’m not Irish, but I have a lot of friends who are. They’re all awesome!!! So this recipe is honor of them!
|1 lb cooked ground beef
1/2 head of chopped cabbage
1 large diced onion
1 tbsp black pepper (or to taste)
1 tbsp artisan salt (or to taste)
After you’ve browned up your beef, set it aside. Save a little of the grease to cook the cabbage and onion in.
Serves 4. ENJOY!!!
That’s it. I know. Another easy one. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be fancy! I hope y’all give this one a try, it’s REALLY good!
