Baked Asparagus!

Here is another super easy side dish for y’all!

1 lb fresh asparagus
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Chop the thick ends off the asparagus, usually the bottom two to three inches.
Place the asparagus in a 9″ X 13″ pan.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Shake the asparagus in the pan from side to side so the oil, salt, and pepper coats it evenly.
Bake for 12-17 minutes depending how done you like them.
